Protection Plan Terms

Important notice

The protection plan is optional and separate from the product warranty and 30-day return policy. Do not add it unless the coverage described on this page meets your needs.

Plan term and eligible products

The plan applies only to RapidHeat units in the same order as the plan. Coverage begins on the order delivery date and ends two years later. It does not renew automatically.

What is covered

During the plan term, you may submit a claim for accidental drops or accidental liquid damage that prevents normal operation, or for an electrical or mechanical failure arising after the included product warranty ends. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement with an equivalent unit, or reimbursement up to the original product purchase price, at our discretion. The total value of all approved claims cannot exceed that price.

What is not covered

• Loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation.
• Damage caused by improper outlets, extension cords, power strips or unauthorized repairs.
• Consumable parts, routine cleaning, normal wear, shipping delays or consequential loss.
• A condition already covered by the product warranty, seller return policy or another insurer.

How to make a claim

Email support@rapidheatus.com with your order number, a description of what happened and clear photos or video where relevant. Keep the product until the claim is resolved. We may request return of the unit using the instructions we provide.

Cancellation

You may cancel the unused plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, contact support to ask whether a prorated refund is available under the laws of your state. No refund is due after an approved claim reaches the product purchase price.
