Room fit is not one number
Room dimensions alone cannot predict comfort. Ceiling height, insulation, outside temperature, drafts, windows, placement and the temperature you want all affect the result. A compact portable heater is not a whole-home furnace replacement. If the heater operates but is not suitable for the intended room, use the change-of-mind return route rather than assuming a manufacturing defect.
Warm airflow is not instant room heating
A heater can produce warm air before the room feels warmer. Whole-room results vary with heat loss and air circulation. This page does not publish an unverified warm-up time or room-coverage promise. The space-heater sizing guide explains the variables to consider.
Normal airflow and abnormal sounds are different
Fan-driven heaters produce airflow sound. Whether that is acceptable is personal, and this page does not claim a measured decibel level. Grinding, electrical buzzing, repeated rattling, smoke or a burning odor should not be treated as ordinary fan noise: stop using the heater and contact support.
