1. About these terms

This website is operated by RapidHeat US. By using rapidheatus.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Applicable sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional pricing is time-limited and can change without notice, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

We ship to US addresses only. Delivery estimates of 3–7 business days are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and weather. See our shipping policy.

5. Returns and guarantee

6. Safe use of the product

RapidHeat is an electrical heating appliance. You must follow the included instructions: plug directly into a wall outlet, keep at least three feet of clearance from flammable materials, never cover the unit, do not use in a bathroom where it could contact water unless rated for that use, and keep it out of reach of unsupervised children. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

7. Product information

We work hard to describe the product accurately. Performance claims such as warm-up time and room coverage are based on typical use in a reasonably insulated, closed room and will vary with your home, insulation and outside temperature. Savings depend on your electricity rate and usage.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to RapidHeat US and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.
