Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and US territories with standard postal service. We do not ship outside the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every bundle. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no handling fees or surprise charges.

Processing and delivery time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment.
• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• 3-pack orders ship priority and typically arrive at the faster end of that window.
• Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a few days longer than the continental US.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, email support@rapidheatus.com with your order number.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the parcel reaches our warehouse.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the unit and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
