The 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for any reason. If you decide RapidHeat is not for you, we refund the purchase price.

How to start a return

1. Email support@rapidheatus.com with your order number (starts with RH-) and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address, usually the same day.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging where possible.
4. Send us the return tracking number so we can watch for it and process your refund promptly.

Condition of returned items

Items must be complete — heater, remote and accessories — and in resellable condition with no damage beyond normal testing. We understand you need to actually plug it in to know if it works for you; that is fine.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and either replace the unit or refund you in full — your choice.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of your return being received and checked. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty units and warranty

Every RapidHeat is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. If a unit stops working within that period through no fault of your own, email us with your order number and a short description of the problem and we will arrange a replacement.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel before dispatch, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full. After dispatch, follow the return process above.
